March 3 – We heard from guest speakers from UT Health Houston on the topic of cost analysis/effectiveness of DSRIP projects. This is a critical component of a sustainability strategy, and is proposed to be required in DY7-8. Knowing how much your project costs and potentially saves your system may drive decisions on continuation, expansion, and value based purchasing arrangements. Lead Guest Speaker: Dr. Charles. E.
